Chris and Devon met at the Graduate College at Princeton University in the spring of 2006. Chris was a first-year graduate student in neuroscience and psychology, and Devon worked in the marketing department of the McCarter Theatre Center.
After a festive April BBQ at 15A Millstone Chris asked Devon to "take pictures of her brain" for his fMRI study. Instead, he took her out to sushi at Ajihei and the rest is history.

Devon took a job in the Office of the Dean of Undergraduate Students at Princeton.
Summer 2008
Chris and Devon moved to Kingston, New Jersey together and adopt their beautiful puppy girl, Bailey.
Summer 2010
Chris graduated from Princeton with his Ph.D.
Chris and Devon bought a home in Stamford, Connecticut
Chris began his new job at WorldQuant, LLC
Devon began her master's program at Harvard and thus the long-distance relationship.

Chris proposed to Devon on a walk with Bailey in the Great Brook Farm State Park
in Massachusetts. She said yes!

Devon graduated from Harvard with her Ed.M. then started her new job as Director of Student Life at Whitman College at Princeton.
Current Day
Devon and Chris still continue their long-distance relationship, commuting back and forth between New Jersey and Connecticut. Devon drives it in two hours; Chris in 1.5.
